  13. Coordination is the harmonious working relationship between the skeleton muscles and bones in one aspect of movement.

  14. Time denotes the duration of each exercise session, acquiring between adequacy and avoiding overexertion.

  15. Principle of Adaptation: The body adapts to the demands placed upon it during exercise.
